Ever So Busy Being Busy
You know the phrase 'working non-stop'? People throw it around far too lightly.
You'd notice if you ever find yourself working non-stop.
Because you'll try and tell someone you've been working non-stop, say, for weeks now, and they'll assume you're throwing the word around lightly. And you interrupt them and say: no, I mean it. I've been working non-stop.
And they'll nod vaguely and say something like: I have too.
So you furtively look about, grab them by the shoulders and shake and scream into their face: no, really, I've been working non-stop.
And they nod supportively and sigh and mumble that they stayed late at work one day last week.
So you go out of your mind and you pick up something sharp and you stab them in the neck with it over and over and over again. There is so much blood, so very much blood.
Then you wake up and you're at your desk where you passed out. You move the mouse.
So that's how it's been for me lately. You'll notice the site looks a bit different too. Don't nod vaguely and say you've been busy too. I haven't had much sleep this past four weeks and am reaching for something sharp.
